We understand that your wedding is like no other occasion or event. We will happily advise and recommend but at the end of the day, your wedding should reflect all your individual aspirations. Our role is to ensure that it is your special day to remember and we wish it to be exactly as you had hoped and dreamed, any suggestions made would be purely to enhance your day.

Our values are somewhat different to those of most coordinators who will strive to insist their company is by far the most sophisticated and elegant. I feel that ‘good old family values’ comes just above the other two in priority. What is the point of having a wonderful, elaborate and perfectly staged event if it lacks heart and soul. It will be the most emotional day of your life, and yes, we do aim to exceed your expectations. Whichever direction you wish to take, whether it be elegant, romantic, simple or fun, we strive to keep the day natural and personal with an emphasis on family, friends and the ones we love.

Of course all weddings are tailored towards your unique and individual style, some are even themed, which are fabulous and great fun to organise. Over recent years Weddings also have changed as now it is accepted, and preferred, that many will marry with a civil service rather than the traditional church ceremony. We hold information on all licensed venues within the South East, with respect to size, location, catering facilities and pricing, and would be able to offer advice on which venues would suit your particular requirements.

We involve ourselves in as much or little of you planning as you wish. We can just offer a venue seeking service, or 4 years worth of complex planning for a society wedding fit for royalty! We also are experienced in Wedding Etiquette and can answer questions on how to layout invitations, what to wear and order of service etc. We have featured in several articles offering wedding advice and Pearl Bayford is the British wedding style and etiquette expert for In Style Magazine.
